Logging In to Your Student/Parent Portal

**Notice: Known Login Issue**


Some users are experiencing issues where passwords that were just set or reset do not work for the next login attempt. The Genius support team is actively working on a solution to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

STUDENT/PARENT PORTAL LOGIN (Genius)

Your Student or Parent Portal (Genius) is your starting point for all of your CLRC activities. 


To access your Genius account, go to the CLRC website (clrconline.com) and select Login | Genius Login in the upper-right corner or navigate directly at clrc.geniussis.com. You will be directed to a login screen to enter your assigned username and password.

 

If you don't remember your password, see the instructions below to reset your password.



CANVAS LOGIN


Note: Genius and Canvas use a SSO (Single Sign-On) protocol, which means you will log into Canvas directly from your Student/Parent Portal dashboard. You do not need a separate Canvas login or student pairing code. 


To access your Canvas course(s), simply click Launch from any course card on your Portal dashboard.



RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD


IMPORTANT: Requesting a password reset directly through Canvas will not work. You will need to reset your password through your Student or Parent Portal.


To reset your password, navigate to clrc.geniussis.com, click "here" under the Sign me in button, enter the username (not your email) assigned to you when your account was created, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
