Note: The process is the same for both credit card and echeck payments. You will be given the option to select a payment method on the final payment page within Stripe.
To make a payment, navigate to your Parent Portal dashboard and click on Make a Payment in the left menu.
Important: You must be logged into your guardian account to view/pay charges. If you do not see the Make a Payment in the left menu, you may be logged into your student's account.
Then select all charges to pay and click Go to Payment Page. You will be directed to our payment processor, Stripe, to complete your payment via credit card (processing fees apply) or eCheck/bank draft. You will be able to select the payment method on the next page.
Note: Each student under your guardian profile has a separate account/ledger. You can view/pay each student's outstanding charges by selecting his/her name using the dropdown at the top of the portal page (see below).
